Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Construction of Power Generation and Transmission Structures, Construction of Power Plant, Construction of substation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction Project Management.
∎ Supervision of construction work.
∎ Prepare the cost estimate of various civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
∎ Prepare sub-contractors bill as physical work quantity.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate & Quantities.
∎ Verifying engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections, building and analyzing models.
∎ Preparing construction estimates and determining cost breakdowns to ensure projects are completed within budget.
∎ Prepare time schedule for all types of work.
∎ Implement Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Protocols at Site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have experience in construction of structures like Power Plant, Substation, Transmission etc. will get preference.
∎ Candidates having Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also apply.
∎ Candidates who are self-driven & motivated; able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidate must have the mindset to work anywhere in the country.
∎ Fluency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
∎ Ability to liaise with suppliers and obtain competitive pricing and prepare rate analysis.
∎ Excellent PR skills with Clients'/ Consultants' representatives.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and Punctuality.
∎ Must be flexible with working extended hours following project requirements.
∎ Able to cope with high work pressure & bear work responsibilities smoothly.
∎ Professional behavior, honesty & Integrity is highly expected.
∎ Energetic, hard worker having capability to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Any other engineering tasks assigned by the top management.
∎ Commitment to continue for at least 2 years.
