Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the architectural process from initial design to the completion of construction
∎ Manage the project team to ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled
∎ Review funds and estimates for assigned projects
∎ Budgeting of an architecture project based on material and vendor research and selection and coordinating project accordingly
∎ Adhere to budget by monitoring material and labour charges/costs and implementing cost-saving measures
∎ Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples
∎ Communicate with clients and contractors regarding changes
∎ Material research and in-depth comprehension of construction work
∎ Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 2-3 years working experience in the architecture industry.
∎ High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
∎ Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD tools.
∎ Familiarity with building codes and construction standards.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
∎ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Attention to details even under pressure.
∎ Team-management and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
