∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain overall substation projects of 33/11 KV.
∎ Managing the planning and design stages of Electrical Construction projects.
∎ Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
∎ Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
∎ Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the authority.
∎ Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
∎ Overseeing construction engineering processes.
∎ Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry/project regulations.
∎ Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within compliance.
∎ Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
∎ Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers
∎ Responsible for site management and overall security.
∎ Any other related assignments delegated by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in 33/11 KB substation maintenance
∎ 20 Years with 6 years practical experience on Substation project.
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, multi-disciplinary project management experience is an advantage.
∎ Understanding of market systems as they are used in aquaculture/agriculture sector development.
∎ Experience in training and capacity building.
∎ Proven proficiency in spoken and written English with strong speaking and report writing.
∎ Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ This is a management position, the candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding self-organizing capabilities, autonomy, and responsibility and team work skills.
Salary: Negotiable
