Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed University (Preferably from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, SUST, AUST and Brac)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all responsibilities of Project Engineer at project sites are carried out smoothly
∎ Coordinate, monitor and organize to execute all activities of projects smoothly
∎ Ensure that work schedule are prepared and followed strictly at all project sites
∎ Check and process demand forwarded from project sites
∎ Control and maintain quality works of the projects
∎ Finalize roof casting date of all projects and ensure supply of RMC in time
∎ Coordinate with Account and Purchase section to procure materials
∎ Negotiate terms of agreement and select good and capable contractors
∎ Finalize rate of contractors and prepare work order
∎ Ensure quality of materials, construction and finishing of works
∎ Study all design in depth and inform concern authority well in advance about any variation
∎ Ensure that safety and security of project sites are maintained including cleanliness
∎ Giving clarification of problems given from any project site
∎ Monitor efficiency of sub-contractors and report to Authority
∎ Responsible for Checking bills as per work done and process for payment
∎ Pay bill to subcontractors and vendors but ensure they are not overpaid
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experienced and potential candidate
∎ At least 10-15 years, working experience on civil construction works in reputed company/companies
∎ Working experience in Real Estate companies are preferable.
