Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Engineers having MBA will be added an advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head office and Project site (Anywhere in Bangladesh)
∎ Position: Project Manager (Rooftop Solar)
∎ Department: Dana Renewable Energy- DPCL
∎ Company: Dana Power Company Limited (DPCL).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 5 to 7 years' experience in Solar Project.
∎ The Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Rooftop Solar Business and successful track record of successful Projects completion in rooftop Solar Business.
∎ Identifying the client needs and provide optimum solutions.
∎ AutoCAD, Sketch up, Microsoft Office, Gant Chart.
∎ Must have adequate technical competency/knowledge in electrical system like substation, generators, BBT, LPS, Online UPS, SLD. Confidence in working with medium-voltage AC & High Voltage DC circuitry.
∎ Strong analytical, technical and presentation skills.
∎ Solar Project Management Skill along with capability to manage Engineering team of stockholder.
∎ Adequate knowledge about Factory Compliances and OSHA.
∎ Candidate has to take the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and accomplish projects.
∎ Confer with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed timeline and budget.
∎ Prepare project status reports for management, client, or others. Regularly meeting with client and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Assist to design team and immediate inform design team if any deviation found during Project work.
∎ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
∎ Any other Job duties as assigned.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, a Self-Starter, a Proactive, Positive and Pleasant Personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency and go getter attitude.
