Educational Requirements:
∎ Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.Sc.) from any Govt./ Reputed Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to understand and make the plan and schedule of any projects for timely implementation as per guidelines given by head of construction.
∎ Able to understand the requirements of quality and specifications of materials as per consultant's design and drawings.
∎ Able to make correct cost estimates of the projects as per design, specifications or BOQs.
∎ Able to understand and then instruct and guide the site personnel about drawings, designs and specifications given by consultants or PE.
∎ Able to manage the local disturbances/solve any site problems for avoiding any delay.
∎ Able to make proper liaison and coordination with all concerns (SC, Vendors, Site Managers, Site Engineer) for smooth implementation.
∎ Able to manage timely implementation of any projects with adequate monitoring and proper supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both English and Bengali.
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship building capability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, specially in Excel.
∎ Presentation and reporting skill.
