Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position: Project Manager
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
∎ • Coordinate with stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and government officials,
∎ to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project
∎ goals.
∎ • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may impact
∎ timelines or quality.
∎ • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures throughout the
∎ construction process.
∎ • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
∎ • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish
∎ with attention to budgetary limitations
∎ • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines
∎ will be met
∎ • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
∎ • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed daily, monthly, weekly reports
∎ • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
∎ Requirements:
∎ ● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
∎ preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
∎ ● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ ● Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety standards.
∎ ● Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ ● PMP certification would be advantageous.
