Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make project plan and coordinate related resources.
∎ Project requirement analysis, labeling, prepare product planning, customization and confirmation.
∎ Customize overall software customization and coordinate with SW QC & supplier.
∎ Overall hardware testing, analysis, problem solving confirmation.
∎ BOM materials arrange and SOP collect according BOM and Jig list.
∎ Ensuring Quality checking, project Inspection, mass production and shipment monitoring.
∎ To organize and lead project kick-off meeting, communicate and transfer project information and customer requirements.
∎ To analyze and implement the plan, solve the abnormal issue, ensure the project completed on time, in quantity and quality.
∎ To summarize the result of project, make the experience document and share each other.
∎ To make new project standard documents.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Additional knowledge on plant operation.
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
∎ Should have experience of designing Mobile phone based on different component Vendors.
∎ Should have knowledge on Product sourcing, SMT Process and NPI System.
∎ Fluent in English Language.
