Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, energetic skilled Project Manager for our Gulshan Project who will be able to provide overall project management support for construction of Modern Multistoried Building. Such as - plan, budget, monitor, execute & oversee all project aspects and ensure that scope, cost and project direction is on schedule.
∎ Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Task will be Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning and Sequencing, Resource Planning, Developing Schedules, Time Estimating, Cost Estimating, developing a Budget, Documentation, Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities.
∎ Proficient in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft software (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point), and estimation software (Accubid & MEP).
∎ Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of manpower, productivity, quality control, and administrative measures as established and set for the operations necessary.
∎ Supervise or Lead site engineers for keeping a proper record of work quantities, labor quantities, daily conveyances, materials consumption, and optional works like dismantling/ breaking, additional works, etc., and supply it to HO for calculation of cost as and when required.
∎ Develop, lead and implement production plan align with organizational goal.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures in production and operation management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Work closely with management to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
∎ Perform site inspections on regular basis to follow up on work progress of Project ensuring that work progress is carried out as per the approved work schedule.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of Silo project civil works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should possess good personality and leadership quality.
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' experience in supervising, estimate of modern multi storied building & site supervision.
∎ Capable to prepare and present reports on time and should have enough technical knowledge.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
