Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising of all construction work, ensuring quality and specification.
∎ Ensure all work according to work program.
∎ Monitoring manpower of site project, Ensure safety, security and cleanness.
∎ Preparation of financial statements, reports, special analyses and management reports.
∎ Responsible for maintaining records of project statements.
∎ Budget & budgetary control system design, implementation and variance analysis & take corrective actions.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management.
∎ Preparation of bill, submitting the bill & follow up for payment.
∎ Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical team for performing properly.
∎ Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of contracts
∎ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
∎ Ensure that projects are completed within a time limit and must take into account many external factors e.g. Local Authority, govt. utility boards, Service companies, Local Committees
∎ Recruit employees; assign, supervise, motivate and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of employees' competence
∎ Establish good working relationships with Site employees and Department Heads to ensure projects are constructed as intended and to encourage feedback for inclusion in future projects to avoid wastage and improve the engineered solutions
∎ Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's Health, Safety & Environment Policy and ensure compliance with the same throughout the team
∎ Do all other assigned duties by board time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of the Project Management.
∎ Typically requires 4+ years of managerial experience
Salary: Negotiable
