∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from any reputed government institute.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate & supervise the activities of large-scale construction projects to ensure timely completion with proper quality standard and within budget.
∎ Coordinate the activities of interior fit-out for guestroom, public area, reception, lobby, lounge, ballroom, restaurant, Gym, Spa as well as façade & glass, landscape & lighting work etc.
∎ Develop and execute best practice of engineering and project management strategy, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives.
∎ Develop & maintain Project Lifecycle as per Project Management Governance, performing feasibility analysis, developing processes, identifying issues, resolving conflicts, and preparing Project Charter, SWOT Analysis, WBS Plan, Scheduling, CPM, PERT,RACI Matrix, Root Cause Analysis, Gap Analysis, RAID Log, Issue Resolution Process etc.
∎ Develop and maintain liaison with Govt. authorities, and strong coordination with consultants, vendors and key project stakeholders for successful completion of the projects.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulation.
∎ Prepare & maintain Project budgeting, project schedule, and project progress reports etc.
