∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hatchery, Research Organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage operation and maintenance personnel with a high sense of discipline and maintain good work culture to make the business profitable.
∎ Assisting to develop yearly business budget and working daily to achieve it.
∎ Overseeing the administration and construction activities.
∎ Maximize the efficiency of whole business system through constant liaison & communication with the respective Dept. Heads.
∎ Working with top management for formulating strategies, decisions and new project implementation.
∎ Directly working with controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Improve the productivity in all related areas of business.
∎ Feasibility study on requirement of any items, manpower and resources for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure to entry of all incoming items in store software with MRR and for outgoing materials & items with proper challan & gate pass.
∎ Ensure using the materials in appropriate manner & consumption of the same, if required place requirement demand as per production target.
∎ Deciding & solving on daily operational matters such as construction work, watering on trees, daily labor, sales, production, stock and distributions issues.
∎ Looking after overall HR activities & Administration policies.
∎ Strategy manual of business plan, company budget, accounting & costing.
∎ Follow-up attendance, leave & absenteeism.
∎ Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
∎ Ensuring healthy workplace, housekeeping, general cleanliness, hygiene & environment.
∎ Looking after all types of local issues, Govt. & non-Govt. agencies.
∎ Implement and supervise social compliance & all types of safety.
∎ Follow-up all security activities. Check of CCTV system, identify the threats of security.
∎ Evaluate Fire safety & preventive measures, uses of fire extinguishers.
∎ Ensure to best practice of Labor Law & Rules.
∎ Arrange meeting, seminar, workshop.
∎ Investigate of accident/incident, training of security staff.
∎ Train up new manpower and arrange different type of training whatever required among the manpower.
∎ Carry out periodic inspection at site, audit work places periodically, make sure data entry properly in the system and analysis the reports as well as ensure timely reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in Computer Typing both in Bangle & English.
∎ Should be smart & well communicator.
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media like whatsapp, messenger, imo etc.
∎ Must be stay in project.
∎ Able to do hard work & have challenging mentality.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
