Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. is looking for a dynamic “Project Manager (Glass Manufacturing)”. The incumbent will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing the glass project. This managerial role involves setting strategic decision, ensuring operational excellence, budget assessment, and managing resources to meet project deadline. 1. Define the scope and objectives of glass project aligning with all relevant internal stakeholders.2. Create a project plan with detailed breakdown of all the stages ensuring safety & quality standard.3. Ensure maximum utilization of resources to achieve target in each stage of the project and consequently create a budget with breakdown.4. Assess the budget requirement of the project, track the costs through each stage of the project.5. Create a project timeline with key milestones to track the project work progress and regularly track project progress with the team members. 6. Implement project management tools to regularly provide updates on the work progress to senior management and other stakeholders.7. Manage and adjust any changes in the project scope, schedule and/or budget.8. Utilize the best industry practices, techniques and standards through the entire execution of the project.9. Ensure maximum utilization of man hour. 10. Identify and mitigate the possible risks during execution.11. Ensure that the milestones are being met on the appropriate deadlines for project completion on time.
