∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the implementation of the projects such as plan, drawing and specification analysis, survey and layout of the works, construction supervision of all costs of project development related work such as materials procurement by proper channel.
∎ Check measurement sheet and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for both RCC Structure;
∎ Check estimation, requisition list, quantity & quality.
∎ Providing support to Designers & other departments as per site requirement;
∎ Prepare daily progress report as per target, review weekly schedule in line of master schedule;
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have minimum 7 years practical experience in Industrial / high rise development.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
