∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in Excavation Constructions related work.
∎ Project Management, Project costing, Material Management, Planning & Progress Monitoring, Sub-Contractor Dealing, Overall Supervision, Liaison and Preparing bills.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
∎ Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
∎ To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with other PM and contractor.
∎ Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Preparing report as required by the management & preparing BoQ.
∎ Should have Government authority ((Army/BWDB/City Corporation) bill preparation capability.
∎ Submit project progress report daily, weekly, monthly using MS Project (preferred) /Excel.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
