Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Project Manager - Civil for EPC Project under Confidence Infrastructure Limited (Steel Unit).
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
∎ Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
∎ Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
∎ Selecting and leading a project team
∎ Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
∎ Directing a multi-disciplinary team
∎ Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, personable way
∎ Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
∎ Reporting regularly on progress to the client and team leader
∎ Coordinating market and customer research
∎ Resolving any issues or delays
∎ Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issue

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of working experience in large construction project / infrastructure development works (especially in Cement Vertical Roll Mill Project)
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Should have knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in construction field.
∎ Capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making.
