∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience in any reputed real estate & construction project / Organization
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD or similar structural design software.
∎ Strong Knowledge about BNBC, RSC & Nirapon Standard.
∎ Knowledge using construction equipment and safety rules.
∎ Strong drawing understanding skills.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience in any reputed real estate & construction project / Organization

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bill, report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Estimate materials as per requirement. Archiving and maintaining site documents.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Project construction schedule, BOM preparation, budget Management, supervision and activity management.
∎ Bill checking as per completed work ad per given design & quality.
∎ Ensure factory infrastructure complies with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
∎ Conduct structural inspections and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
∎ Plan and supervise the installation of utilities, including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and electrical systems.
