Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for a PPP (Public Private Partnership)
∎ Need to lead technical team related to construction
∎ Responsible to coordinate with Govt agencies for smooth function of works
∎ Negotiate terms of agreements and draft contracts to meet contractual conditions
∎ To plan, monitor and execute the project in a best possible way and cost-effective manner
∎ Fully Responsible of the project site and will organize and control all activities of the project
∎ Responsible for safety and security of all men, materials and equipment in the project site
∎ Responsible for making work schedule to monitor and complete the project in time
∎ Prepare and forward demand of construction materials to Head Office and ensure to get it in time
∎ Analyse, manage and mitigate risks and plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
∎ Ensure quality of construction and finishing of works
∎ Study all design in depth and inform concern authority well in advance about any variation
∎ Deal with all visitors and other personnel visiting from various organization
∎ Finalize rate of contractors and prepare work order
∎ Responsible for preparing bills of work done and process the same to get it from authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 25 years, working experience on civil construction works
∎ Retd Executive Engineers from PWD or any other Govt organizations will get priority
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experienced and potential candidate
∎ Proven working experience and ability on organizing works and construction management
∎ Sound working knowledge on construction of high rise building, multi basement construction and quality and finishing work of building.
∎ Minimum working experience in Electro Mechanical work and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)
∎ Should be able to read and understand all design and report any violation
∎ Expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ
∎ Expert knowledge on relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
∎ Knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and any other Engineering related program
∎ Should be able to identify and take decision in advance which may delay the project
∎ Should have good knowledge on material required at project site
∎ Must have good knowledge on current material rate and work rate
∎ Able to negotiate and finalize rate of contractors and prepare work order
∎ Must have sound technical and good engineering knowledge to solve any problem arising at project site
