Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure progress of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ To ensure that all logistics supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
∎ To prepare construction progress report and submit to project Director & Management.
∎ To prepare work schedule / Work program in MS Project Tools.
∎ Collaborate with Engineers, Architects and Vendors for effective reporting of Exterior and Interior project.
∎ Keep project related all design, documents, records and data ready to deliver as and when required.
∎ Provide technical support at the field level in order to ensure quality implementation of the project.
∎ Routine inspection and monitoring of project activities.
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ Conduct the site survey, design and assess the technical feasibility of developing the project.
∎ To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
∎ Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
∎ Supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Prominent high rise building construction Company.
∎ PMP certified will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Cost Analysis, Cost and budget, Planning and monitoring, Project Management, Project Monitoring, quantity surveyor
∎ Must have a relevant experience in construction project or Real Estate Company.
