∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh Technical Education Board.
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), Cost Analysis, Structural Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D (Auto Cad), Budgeting Cost Estimation, Project Management, Site Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction works as per the projected time.
∎ Supervision of day to day activity of factory/site works and submit the report to the line manager.
∎ Execute the construction work as per drawing & design.
∎ Ensure the quality control of all civil works as per design, rules & guidelines.
∎ Prepare the bill of quantity of vendors/contractors, estimation of civil items.
∎ Prepare the documentation work of overall project using MS word, Excel, power point etc.
∎ Prepare site layout, drawing/design, red line & as built drawing based on actual site condition using auto-cad.
∎ Manage the site engineers, supervisors, contractors, day-laborers etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ practical experience in site engineer, project management, preparing bill of quantity, cost estimation, cost & rate analysis, contractor's bills checking especially in real estate sectors.
∎ In-depth knowledge on civil/architectural drawing/ design, cost analysis of line items of civil construction.
∎ Good knowledge on Auto cad 2D, basic knowledge of structural designs.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS word, excel, power point, MS project, e-mails, internet etc.
∎ Must be willing to perform work under pressure and willing to travel site to site as per company demand basis.
