Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover the project.
∎ Supervise all Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, Store Keepers & Projects others Staff.
∎ Coordinating with Engineering, Design & Development, Cost & Estimate, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Land & Legal Departments.
∎ Supervision of all Projects construction work, ensuring quality and specification.
∎ Maintain site observation and monitoring books.Coordination between Management & Projects.Coordination with Design Section for effective implementation projects.
∎ Checking Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing working drawing, problem marking & solving process maintain.Preparation & Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Budgeting & Estimating, their proper application to projects & control at site.Estimating & Costing of the require materials.
∎ Checking Materials Purchase Requisition.
∎ Approved Materials Receiving Report.
∎ Material management of Construction projects.
∎ Cost control & optimum use of material projects.
∎ Quality controlling of Construction work.
∎ Prepare & submit Report projects status, progress report & prepare Interim/Revised project schedule to Management.
∎ Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Assisting in Contractors & Suppliers management.Check contractors activities work progress, quality of work and evaluate their performance.
∎ Checking all Contractors Comparative Statement & Work Order.
∎ Checking all Contractors bills.Engineering related Customer Services for all Projects and maintaining good relation with clients.
