Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in civil engineering, preferable with MBA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing projects schedule ahead of project procurement and at the time of work a commencement
∎ Help engineering teams deliver projects on schedule
∎ Develop strategies , determine material and labor costs.
∎ Monitor crew performance
∎ Ensure health and safety regulations are obeyed on construction site.
∎ Ensure all communication channel are open to access.
∎ Ensure efficiency and timeliness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have an interest engineering construction
∎ Have a sound knowledge of health and safety requirements.
∎ Have a meticulous and logical approach
∎ Have strong planning and organizational skills.
∎ Be able to anticipate problems and provide effective solutions.
∎ Have a good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Have sound knowledge on Auto CAD (2D/3D), MS Excel, power point, MS project
Salary:
∎ AS per market standard
