∎ Skills Required: BOM, Budgeting, Construction Scheduling, Planning and monitoring, vendor bill validation

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Power Plant Construction Monitoring
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Context:
∎ Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
∎ Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete execution of all civil works pertaining to MCL capacity enhancement
∎ Implementation of cost effective construction methodology
∎ Ensure construction scheduling
∎ Validation of vendor bill
∎ Ensure budgetary control
∎ Planning for Department
∎ Engagement with contractor and vendor selection
∎ Ensure design and identify the problem
∎ Ensure QA of final product
∎ BOM
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
