Interior Finishing, Project Management, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
∎ Ensure backward and forward linkage in line related to accomplishment of task in time.
∎ Assure quality and compliance as designed by the superior authority.
∎ Understand the tasks of the project and ensure attainments maintaining quality and time.
∎ Focus on completing the project in cost effective and efficient manner.
∎ Forecast challenges and risks involved with the project and ensure remedies accordingly.
∎ Stay tuned with the work schedule and time line to complete the task.
∎ Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have experience in finishing work of civil construction.
∎ Candidate will get preference with having experience in the National Projects.
