Job Context:
∎ Zodiac Dredging Limited (A concern of Confidence Group) is looking for Project Manager, Civil.
∎ Work Station: Full time at project / site based.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, scheduling & monitoring for set up facilities and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational goal.
∎ Preparing & checking technical specification, inquiry documents, data sheets and basic drawing for related river bank protection work.
∎ Endorsement of basic technical data sheets & specification.
∎ Vendor proposal review and technical assistance of ordering and inspection of related works.
∎ Prepare & assist in the preparation of the project cost estimates and schedules for civil works involved in project.
∎ Capable to handle the project team.
∎ Producing project related correspondence reports & coordination with head office.
∎ Execute projects within budget, meet the interim project schedules & complete projects within deadline following the forecasted project plan.
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standard construction procedure of River Bank Protective work as per supplied drawings, designs & other specifications.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works of C.C block, dumping work of geobag & related works as per project BOQ.
∎ Providing data for bills as per work completion in specified format of the client

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on similar nature of work: 5 years and above
∎ Experienced in handling Bangladesh Water Development Board and Govt. organization.
∎ Ability to justify and persuade stakeholders.
∎ Must be well acquainted with report writing in Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Ability to work on own initiative & problem-solving.
∎ Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively.

Salary: Negotiable
