Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring and controlling of project staffs.
∎ To prepare construction budget.
∎ Supervision of Construction & Maintenance work for the project.
∎ To prepare and check BOQ and estimate.
∎ Quality control, Site Safety, define the problem & identify the target to Improvements.
∎ All office papers ready and daily report email to Head office.
∎ Look after all necessary MRF, MRR, Invoice, Sub-Contractor bill, Attendance issue of the project staff etc.
∎ Bill analysis, Process and prepared report.
∎ Construction cost control follow up.
∎ Providing the labor as their respective sector.
∎ Supervising the concreting work, brick work, plastering work, and finishing work the above-mentioned project.
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design & drawing.
