Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Project Manager for Bridge EPC construction project with civil background under Confidence Infrastructure Limited.
∎ Candidates having Bridge civil work experience preferred.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel/Stay anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with Engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
∎ Negotiate contracts with vendors to reach profitable agreement.
∎ Determine needed resources like manpower, equipment, materials etc. from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
∎ Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
∎ Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
∎ Evaluate Progress and prepare detailed reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in bridge construction, large construction project / infrastructure development works.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Should have knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in construction field.
∎ Capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making.
