Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate Engineer in any discipline from any reputed university preferable BUET, RUET, KUET & CUET.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement projects, Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
∎ Managing the budget maintain the cash flow.
∎ Create schedule and timeline as per the client project requirement.
∎ To supervise the Construction Work.
∎ Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
∎ Planning project resources in an economic way and assembling & leading the project team.
∎ To monitor the project progress as per contract.
∎ Coordinate with construction, procurement & engineering manager and follow the progress as per schedule.
∎ Analyze the field reports and generate official report for Management approval.
∎ Identify project critical points and prepare report according to take necessary action by respective departments.
∎ Supervise planning and scheduling activities.
∎ Supervise budget and cost control activities.
∎ Review and monitor the Contractor’s master and detailed schedules.
∎ Keep the Management informed of cost and progress performance relative to budget and schedule, identifying deviations and trends, and advising corrective actions.
∎ Prepare Tender Documents & Perform bid evaluation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 Years Experience in Construction Project execution of international repute.
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written in English language for day to day communication.
∎ Take the excessive workload & will have to spend a considerable amount of his time in meetings with his engineers & work force.
∎ Take challenges to work in multiply disciplinary & multicultural environment; Possess motivation and ability to adapt change circumstances.
∎ Excellent leadership interpersonal, team and collaboration skill.
∎ It’s a full-time job to be stationed in Project Site, outside Dhaka.
∎ Reporting to Managing Director.
