Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organise 10,000 farmers into 500 groups for collective action on purchasing inputs and selling products.
∎ Provide training in animal health, husbandry, and financial literacy to 10,000 farmers.Establish a digital database, online veterinary services, financial support, and access to finance and inputs for farmers.
∎ Create a digital marketplace and demonstration farms, boosting market access and livestock practices.
∎ Achieve 4,500 cattle sales, a 10% performance improvement, and a 5% increase in milk and meat production for 2,000 farmers.
∎ Project Leadership: Oversee project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and organizational objectives.
∎ Planning & Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project goals within allocated resources.
∎ Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for US Department of Agriculture
∎ Food for Progress: Bangladesh Climate Smart Livestock Project, ACDI/VOCA Bangladesh, government agencies, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Resource & Risk Management: Identify and allocate human, technical, and financial resources while implementing risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports for donors and senior management.
∎ Team Management: Supervise and coordinate project team members, assign responsibilities, and ensure effective teamwork.
∎ Capacity Building & Events: Organize training programs, stakeholder meetings, and outreach activities to enhance project impact and sustainability.
∎ Scale-up: Scale up the project through business leadership and team building.
∎ Project Targets :
