Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define the scope of the project in collaboration with ASD management.
∎ Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to
∎ successfully accomplish defined activities of the project.
∎ Develop a programme schedule and review it with senior management and all other staff.
∎ Effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ Implement the project according to the project plan.
∎ Setup files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
∎ Overall monitoring the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the
∎ successful outcome of the project.
∎ Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
∎ Build and maintain strategic and cooperative relationships with NGO's, INGOs, network in each sector of the government particularly in these individuals and organizations on a regular basis to gather their planning, implementation and tracking of results.
∎ Review the quality of the work completed with the project team or a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
∎ Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
∎ Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
∎ Prepare routine and other reports in English for management and for donor.
∎ Monitor all budgeted project expenditures, fund receipt and report variance to ASD
∎ management on a regular basis.
∎ Manage all project funds according to established financial manual and procedures.
∎ Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
∎ Manage project staff according to the HR policy and practices of the organization.
∎ Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project and receive capacity building training as per project plan.
∎ Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential.
∎ Take initiatives for organizing staff meetings, stakeholders' meetings and arrange functions and events.
∎ To maintain liaison with Govt. and Non-Govt. Organisations, INGOs and other relevant agencies and donors.
∎ To accompany donors and interested parties to the field if and when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working in Children/Adolescent protection will be given preference.
∎ Five years' experience in child protection.
∎ Fluency in local language.

Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
