Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed university;
∎ Project Management Certified (PMC)
∎ B. Sc Engineering from BUET will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project coordination & Control.
∎ Preparation of engineering project schedule with target dates and key milestones.
∎ Preparation of overall project schedule and monitoring using PRIMAVERA/ MSP. All versions of schedule shall be issued in native and pdf file.
∎ Critical path Analysis and Recovery Plan (based on updated schedule).
∎ Review the status of detail engineering work.
∎ Monitor the status of procurement and delivery of Purchaser Scope Items (P or PC).
∎ Evaluate and report the progress of Construction work on monthly basis. Co ordinate with Project monitoring team of Civil consultants.
∎ Preparation of weekly and then Monthly Progress report with S Curve, Lag analysis (if any).
∎ Project meeting records & Executive summary for Top Management reporting.
∎ Inter-disciplinary co-ordination among departments ( of Process Licensor, all consultants, contractors, Purchase team of Client ) & client. And highlight interface issues promptly.
∎ Organize / Participate in Project review meetings.
∎ Maintain updated Drawing and Document list and ensure proper distribution of revised documents to contractor(s) / users at site on timely manner. This is the job of the PMC to ensure that the old revisions are superseded and replaced with the revised drawings by all users.
∎ Interface with Material Management Team, Erection team and Procurement team for critical issues / supplies. Planning Erection and commissioning man power movement so that there is no excess requirement of man month.
∎ Review and certify the contractor(s) bills / invoices based on actual progress at site and agreed signed contract.
∎ Monitor Contractor Resource Mobilization at site - planned vs. actual and take corrective action for timely completion of the project
∎ Ensure construction Quality and Safety
∎ Preparation of As-built drawings based on the markup prepared by site engineer during the progress of work. (Shall be prepared by execution agency and will be reviewed by Consultant Team)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good knowledge in related subject;
∎ Shall have working experience in Project Management;
∎ Knowledge of PRIMAVERA/ MSP is must
∎ Must have knowledge in AUTO CAD (2D, 3D).
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ready to work for extended hour.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Capable of working with MS-Office
