Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and customer expectations.
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Monitor and control project performance, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
∎ Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders regularly.
∎ Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with company goals.
∎ Manage the selection and evaluation of suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and performance standards.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
∎ Monitor and analyze procurement processes for efficiency, ensuring best value for money.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
∎ Ensure proper allocation of resources for both project execution and procurement.
∎ Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during project execution and procurement processes.
∎ Monitor quality standards and work with teams to maintain high levels of quality assurance in all projects.
∎ Educational Qualification:
∎ A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
∎ Project Management certifications.
