∎ BSc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Construction Building, Construction site, Steel Building, Steel Structures Erection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure overall construction works including finishing work as per specification.
∎ To prepare project and material planning.
∎ To monitor material requisition period and delivery timelines to ensuring project work.
∎ To follow-up project activities & should have strong command on site Engineer.
∎ To ensure quality construction works.
∎ To control costs and wastages, track usage against estimates, maintain inventory & stocks.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
∎ To identify errors, gaps and escalate as required and maintaining site safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience regarding construction of R.C.C. and steel building are encourage to apply.
∎ Should have ability to handle large project individually.
∎ Should have ability to manage and work under stress condition.
∎ Must have strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Should have good problem-solving ability with good communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
