Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs as per civil/interior works.
∎ Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
∎ Assessing the financial, technical and operational risks of the project
∎ Staying aware of the latest construction technologies
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements
∎ Keeping detailed records and writing reports.
∎ Calculate and generate costs by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
∎ Present prepared estimate to relevant management and or direct to clients.
∎ Supervision of all construction work, ensuring quality and specification.
∎ Ensure all work according to work schedule.
∎ Monitoring contractor's manpower of project.
∎ Assist and Coordination with Project Manager, Design Section for effective implementation of projects.
∎ Implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Quality controlling of all Construction work.
∎ Projects status report, progress report & prepare Interim/Revised project schedule to PM.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Monitor the Project activities to ensure the finished works specifications, drawing, and design.
∎ Demonstrate & exercise on Project leadership to enhance quality of works and timely completion of projects as advice by Project Manager of other's superior & Department Head.
∎ Communication with procurement department to supply the materials at site in proper time.
∎ Checking of Contractors' Bills,
∎ Checking of Materials Receiving Report according to requisition.
∎ Cost control & optimum use of material project.
∎ Monitoring contractor's manpower of project.
∎ To supervise Junior Engineer, Site Assistant & Security Guards.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with the clients/visitors.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the superior management.
