Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Civil Engineering form reputed public unviersity.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform various test and safety arrangement in the site according to guideline of ADB with the help of Quality Manager.
∎ Co-ordinate with the consultant like ARE/SARE and WASA people.
∎ Take necessary steps for ensuring water supply for consumers and work purpose in assigned DMA up to completion of work.
∎ Monitoring the work of sub-contractor, supervisor, plumber, jointer works, any kind of pipe line works of DWASA, DWT works.
∎ Logistic support, SCM software works (CD,MRR ,DR & TO).
∎ Schedule daily work program and organize the labor.
∎ Follow up the material take off as project requirement, material control and documentation.
∎ Provide documentation of the daily work to consultant as per their requirement. Check the design drawing of DMA in order to confirm the job done accordance with design, drawing.
∎ Apply capacity for problem solving with providing technical support, supervision & selection of manpower for all the projects.
∎ Necessary implementation of design for the construction process of high rise residential building.
∎ Ensure all facilities in the site such as pipe, equipment’s, vehicles, machines, manpower etc. with the instruction of site manager and other senior officers.
∎ Help modifying design and drawing according to site condition (Place proposal to site manager).
∎ Supervision of pressurized water network through trench less technologies (Slip Lining, pipe Busting and Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD) and open trench technologies (Open Cut),
∎ Cross check of pipe inverts level of detailed design for different DMAs of pressurized water network.
∎ Quality control to materials and specifications, including local material such as backfill sand and concrete material for structural works.
∎ Preparation of working drawings of details for water supply system and production tube well using Auto CAD.
∎ Supervision of Pipeline (HDPE, DI) Installation works (1200mm to 115mm) & new house connections, installations on HDD pipe line.
∎ Inspects utility construction projects to ensure the project meets construction guidelines and conforms to city standards and specifications.
∎ Oversees work of Sub-contractors to ensure work meets contract specifications.
∎ Preparation of cost analysis, weekly and monthly progress reports.
∎ Providing back office support (e.g. checking bills of contractors, procurement and logistic support etc.) for the assigned DMA’s.
