∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Good command over MS Office Package, MS Project
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow company administrative rules and regulation very strictly.
∎ Ensure the work as per approved drawing and quality of work as per Standard.
∎ Ensure work progress as per master program/time schedule as per standard.
∎ Planning and preparing of daily work program.
∎ Keep co-ordination with SCM Department for smooth material supply.
∎ Keep necessary correspondences with your department and giving weekly, monthly work program and necessary letters regarding the project's development.
∎ Keep the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection at construction site.
∎ Make bill as per actual works on the basis of drawing.
∎ Estimate of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person.
∎ Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the Supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s) for Bachelor in Civil Engineering candidate.
∎ At least 12 year(s) for Diploma in Civil Engineering candidate.
∎ Project Planning & Scheduling, Monitoring, Coordination, Contractor Management etc.
∎ Have extensive experience with all types of structural and finishing work in both residential and commercial high-rise buildings with multiple levels of basement.
∎ Excellent problem solving, proactive attitude and result-oriented skill.
Salary: Negotiable
