∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ · Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
∎ · Proven experience as a Project Manager role.
∎ · Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
∎ · Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ · Proficient in project management software and tools.
∎ · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ · LEED certification is a plus.
∎ · Experience with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audits.
∎ · Familiarity with buyer requirements for Primark, Inditex, Celio, Lidle, Alde and other European and USA buyers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Oversee and manage the entire construction project from inception to completion.
∎ · Coordinate and supervise the work of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, Compliance and LEED teams.
∎ · Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
∎ · Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
∎ · Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
∎ · Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
∎ · Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
∎ · Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
∎ · Implement and enforce quality control measures.
∎ · Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ · Ensure compliance with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audit requirements.
∎ · Meet buyer requirements for Primark, Inditex, Celio, and other European and USA buyers.
∎ · Maintain T&A and Submit weekly Target vs Achieves Report to P.D.
