Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Diploma in civil with 8 years experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Team Leader in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Organize staff capacity building training.
∎ Lead in the implementation of innovation challenge and design of technology process.
∎ Lead in the implementation of appropriate technologies in collaborative learning and adaptation (CLA) approach
∎ Building appropriate alliances with peers, private and public sector for enhanced impact and sustainability
∎ Develop training manual and provide training to the selected local entrepreneur
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with CATS/CLTS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
