Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues and incorporate design changes.
∎ Oversee all construction activities to ensure alignment with the project plan, timeline, and budget.
∎ Provide on-site technical guidance to contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
∎ Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and challenges.
∎ Ensure construction adheres to approved designs, structural drawings, and quality standards.
∎ Communicate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
∎ Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly site progress.
∎ Address delays or issues impacting the project timeline and propose corrective actions.
∎ Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to enhance efficiency.
∎ Manage on-site logistics, including equipment and material storage.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports to the project manager or senior management.
∎ Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
∎ Provide post-construction technical support, if necessary.
