Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain project development schedule as per Management instruction.
∎ Proper implementation of master plan to the project considering practical situation.
∎ Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy of site plans, blueprints and technical drawing.
∎ Provide input on land grading, drainage, roadways, utilities and other infrastructure.
∎ Prepare all construction material budget and costing.
∎ Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local zoning laws, environmental regulations and safety standards.
∎ Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standard.
