Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities both Scheduled & unscheduled specially in following areas:
∎ Ensure proper operations of Generator, Sub-Station, HT.LT Switch Gear, ATS etc.
∎ Electro-Mechanical operation and
∎ Water Treatment plant, Pump, Microwave Oven, Electric / Gas Geyser (hot & cool water) maintenance.
∎ Ensure proper operations of electrical equipment's, Plumbing, Civil rectification works, A/C, Cleaning & Hygiene, Security and safety.
∎ Collect, analyze and check all bills / data.
∎ Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
∎ Monitor personnel functions, such as supervision of electricians, technicians.
∎ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎ Perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
∎ Coordinate others relevant department functions (i: e: maintenance & utility, civil engineering etc.)
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.
∎ Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ Knowledge of electrical application for high and low voltage electric system.
∎ Skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
∎ Skill in both verbal and written communication
