Civil Construction, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good communication and leadership skills.
∎ Detailed knowledge of contract formats and contract management obligations.
∎ Prepare Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Progress vs Planned Progress report to the respective Project Manager.
∎ Prepare required documents for billing purpose for reached billing milestone.
∎ Create PR for the Raw Material of the Project to the respective Project Manager.
∎ Responsible in deploying the resources in the project.
∎ Responsible for all mechanical structural erection work, Equipment installation work, and Alignment works.
∎ Prepare Auto Cad drawings required for project work as per Project Manager Concern.
∎ Prepare all routine and non-routine lifting plans associated with erection & installation work.
∎ Have to maintain vendor and manpower and make coordination with other teams subject to site requirement and condition.
∎ PE to also ensure the execution of site works develops complying with approved drawings and documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 4 to 7 year(s) in Construction projects. Experience of construction (Electro-Mechanical) Power Plant, Cement industry, Storage Silo will be given preference.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project).
∎ Should have knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in construction field.
∎ Capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making.
∎ Must have excellent command on reading, writing and speaking English.
