∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field from any reputed Government Institute. Certified HVAC Professional is preferred.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and ensure comprehensive HVAC system designs that meet the specific needs and requirements of a 5-star hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
∎ Review and ensure load calculations to determine the appropriate equipment sizes and capacities.
∎ Select and specify HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and fan coil units.
∎ Review and ensure Design ductwork, piping systems, and controls for optimal performance and efficiency.
∎ Monitor and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
∎ Inspect equipment and materials for quality and conformance.
∎ Work closely and coordinate with contractors and other related contractors to ensure timely completion of the installation process.
∎ Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to verify proper operation and performance.
∎ Identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
∎ Ensure that the systems meet all regulatory requirements and energy efficiency standards.
∎ Review and identify opportunities for energy savings and implement energy-efficient measures.
∎ Analyze energy consumption data and recommend improvements.
∎ Stay updated on the latest advancements in HVAC technology and energy efficiency.
