∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ A diploma with 6 years of experience and a BSC with 4 years of experience will given preferences.
∎ Fluent in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
∎ Fluent in Auto CAD 2D.
∎ Full working knowledge of Photoshop.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Civil work estimate.
∎ Able to make RA bills.
∎ Overall project document maintenance.
∎ Supervise & Monitor of project.
∎ Maintain the physical progress & submit the report to the supervisor.
∎ Collaboration with executing agency.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly work plans & follow up on the progress subsequently.
∎ Prepare material requisition from local purchase & head office.
∎ After completion, the project is handed over to the executive authority.
∎ Daily site expenses follow-up.
∎ Draw as built drawing at different fazes of the project as per requirement basis.
∎ Checking & analysis of subcontractor bills.
∎ Handling of subcontractor manpower.
