∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
∎ Performing quality control tasks on budgets, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
∎ Monitor project costs and report on financial status.
∎ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
∎ Ensure all project activities meet or exceed/housebuilding industry standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
∎ Coordination with the architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & exterior-related finishing.
∎ Perform renovation & repair tasks of the project as required.
∎ Taking up with other related works assigned by the management.
