Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 45 years
∎ Must have experience completing 5-10 highrise buildings from piling to finishing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Residential & Industrial construction layout & project management (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotations; proper distribution of workforce)
∎ Coordination with the architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & exterior-related finishing.
∎ Perform renovation & repair tasks.
∎ Taking up with other related works assigned by the management.
