∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the construction works of the high-rise building in Chattogram.
∎ Estimate the civil and finishing materials and raise the requirement properly.
∎ Maintain zero tolerance for technical issues to make the building earthquake-resistant.
∎ Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC and ASTM and relevant national and international standards.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
∎ Monitor and maintain site measurement books and checklists regularly.
∎ Implement and document all tests and inspections of materials as per the standard.
∎ Research and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
∎ Problem-solving, working under stress tolerantly, honesty, ethics, punctuality and the capability of handing over projects within the deadline.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with precision in calculations.
∎ Strong communication skills and must be capable of raising instant project scenarios to the reporting boss through apps and emails.
∎ Any other task assigned by the company.
