Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Project Engineer - EPC for Construction of Foot Over Bridge Project under Confidence Infrastructure Limited (Steel Unit).
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, work schedule, manpower management, equipment requirements, etc. before starting the Foot Over Bridge.
∎ Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of Foot Over Bridge implementation civil works.
∎ Understanding the civil design, steel detailing & requirements to implement the Foot Over Bridge as represented in drawings.
∎ Arrange calls/meetings on regular basis with Project Engineers, Site Engineers & contractors to supervise and consult about overall project planning, progress, and maintain the schedule.
∎ Keep a proper record of work quantities, labor quantities, daily conveyances, materials consumption, and optional works like dismantling/ breaking, additional works, etc., and supply it to HO for calculation of cost as and when required.
∎ Keep a record of all documents like Drawings, BOQ, Contract Documents, Cost sheets, PO for contractors, Approved layout, reports like soil test, rebar test, concrete test, survey documents, etc.
∎ Take necessary action for rectifications/ modifications of works as claimed by the clients and agreed/ approved by clients before/during project handover procedure time
∎ Perform site inspections on regular basis to follow up on work progress of Foot Over Bridge projects ensuring that work progress is carried out as per the approved work schedule while guaranteeing that the timeliness of the project meets the target dates (attend progress meetings) and that appropriate resources are allocated as per the contractual agreement

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of proven working experience as a project engineer in large construction project / infrastructure development works.
∎ Candidate having Foot Over Bridge Construction work experience will be preferable.
∎ Must have good understanding over Design interpretation with overall project quality.
∎ Candidate must have experience in Steel Structure implementation & Civil Works.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD & MS Office.
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
∎ Good problem solving skills and be able to manage a whole project, including looking after budget, and it's important that meets deadlines.
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication, Interpersonal skill and Strong leadership skills.
