∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed universities. Public University preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, project, Structural
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities (Project Management):
∎ Time and Cost Management as per WBS or project schedule.
∎ Quality Management as per QAP and codes.
∎ Functional Responsibilities:
∎ Leading, Communication and interaction with all project personnel.
∎ Guiding and Communication with vendors to expedite the project work speed.
∎ Cross functional activities:
∎ Directly Reporting to Project Manager to update and implement project work.
∎ Attend meeting with client and consultant as per requirement at project.
∎ Preparing revenue plan, project cost estimation, PTS, daily activity plan and progress report etc.
∎ Communicate with government and private clients with logical representation of progress and barriers of progress.
∎ Lead downstream employees at project and ability of guiding HSE, QC and QA team as per project requirement.
∎ Overall management of the project to reach the handover goal with superior quality
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 years of working experience in large construction project / infrastructure development works.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Should have knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in construction field.
∎ Capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making.
