Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets.
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel.
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ To review progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staffs for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Administer Project activities
∎ Analytical skills, Hard-working & pro-active;
∎ Good command of written & spoken in English
∎ Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.
